Senior Team:
- Ø Must be able to complete
10x100yd free on 1:25
Ø High School swimmers are
required to attend 8 practices per week including their high school
practices; non-high school swimmers are required to attend 5 practice
sessions per week
Ø Must have coach approval.

Mon-Thurs 5:40-8:00PM and Fri 4:40-6:30PM

The following practice teams
are based on a personal commitment level. Swimmers choose
any 2 sessions/week (Maintenance Level), any 3 sessions/week
(Competitive Level), or all available evening sessions (Elite
Level)

Pre-Senior Teams:
This team has an emphasis on stroke drills, advanced interval training
and aerobic swimming geared for more elite swimmers preparing for
highly competitive swimming.
- Ø Must be able to complete
8x100 free on 1:50
Ø Must be able to legally
complete multiple laps of the four competitive strokes
Ø Must have coach approval
Pre-Senior Team Practice Times
Mon-Thurs 5:45-7:30PM
Friday 4:40-6:30PM
Saturday 7:45-9:30AM
These are allotted

Advanced Team:
- This team places an emphasis on stroke drills, stroke technique,
aerobic swimming and an introduction to interval training.
- Ø Must be able to complete
multiple, continuous laps of freestyle and backstroke.
- Ø Must have a general
knowledge of the four competitive strokes, mastery is not required
Advanced Team Practice Times
Mon-Thursday 5:45-7:15PM

FUNdamental Team:
- Introduction to competitive swimming and the development of
proper technique.
- Ø Must be able to complete
a length of freestyle and backstroke unassisted
- Ø May or may not know
all four strokes

To register a swimmer, please complete the proper FORMS for either age group swimmers or masters swimmers. Bring them to your first practice with payment, or you are welcome to try us out first, but please have the paperwork completed. Age group swimmers, please consult a coach for proper team placement. Welcome to the team!!
